As per the recent IBEF reports, the real estate sector in India is expected to reach $1 trillion in market size by 2030, up from $200 billion in 2021, and contribute 13 percent to the country’s GDP by 2025. Before Oree, there were projects that aimed to be environmentally sustain able, but there was no reliable rating system in place. To address this, Oree collaborated with the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). As a result, all the homes it creates now are gold-rated. The IGBC is a certifying agency that has established protocols and an auditing mechanism to ensure that Oree’s projects meet the gold standard it claims. It has even received multiple ISO certifications and undergoes periodic audits to maintain its standards. By doing so, it has elevated its offerings from premium homes to gold-rated homes. Furthermore, it will soon be launching platinum-rated homes in South west Pune.

Cloud 28 Bhugaon is a premium project that features over 350 units across four towers, each with parkings and 22+ stories. Therefore, it’s crucial to create an environment with circulating positive energy, fresh air, and ample sunlight. Hence, we ensure that all our homes are Vastu compliant (especially in Indian culture), taking care to optimize these elements. Additionally, while these concepts may not be directly related to Vastu, we also focus on energy efficiency. For example, our designs aim to minimize the need for fans or air conditioning by allowing for natural air circulation. This not only conserves energy but also ensures that our homes are airy and well-lit, reducing the need of artificial lighting. Quality in Build & Construction
Oree Reality upholds high standards of quality, quantity, and timely delivery through strategic partnerships and best practices. In terms of quality assurance, the company maintains rigorous standards within its owned Ready Mixed Concrete (RMC) production plant. It has a dedicated quality control team that tests all incoming raw materials and shares weekly reports with management to monitor quality. Additionally, Oree Reality has installed CCTVs around its facility to ensure that all quality checks are properly conducted.
For steel, Oree Reality sources materials directly from Kalika Steel, one of the largest plants in Maharashtra, bypassing intermediaries. For cement, the company uses Ultratech Cements and produces GGBS-based concrete (also supplied by Ultratech) to enhance absorption and strength. Other raw materials, such as metal and Crush Sand, are procured from various suppliers within Pune. When it comes to tiles and sanitary ware, Oree relies on relationships cultivated over the past 10 to 15 years in the industry. Once a project is sold, suppliers are typically eager to collaborate with Oree, confident that there will be no payment issues. To strengthen these relationships, Oree often makes advance payments to suppliers, which not only secures discounts but also ensures that the necessary quantities are readily available.
Sustainability Factor
Sustainability often revolves around the concept of maintenance, particularly in the context of Oree’s homes. Hence, its goal remains to extend the lifespan of its structures to at least 50 to 60 years. It uses eco-friendly light weight branded bricks to reduce seepage and incorporate concrete before brickwork for water resistance. PVC pipes are pressure-tested for durability and heat resistance, particularly in solar water heating systems. For plastering, it uses mild steel mesh to minimize cracking and finish with waterproof paint to enhance moisture resistance. These strategies ensure longevity and lower maintenance costs.
Growth Plans
Pune is a rapidly growing market, with certain areas particularly worth expanding into. Currently, Oree’s focus is on the southwest Pune region. However, its other subsidiaries are expanding in other parts of pune , like Sus and wagholi. It is planning to develop a township within the Bavdhan on a 10-acre site. At present, it has over a thousand flats under construction. Currently, Oree is selling a half flat per day and target to reach an average of one flat sell per day within the next year.
