Upskilling the Indian Youth
AISE contributes to the Skill India initiative by empowering unemployed youth in informal sectors with skills, marketing their services to the corporate world, and ensuring that these workers enjoy financial inclusion, social protection and welfare services. Endeavouring to achieve empowerment, capacity building and social transformation, Atheos Infrasolutions strives to bring the marginalised members of society back into the mainstream, and helps them succeed despite their initial disadvantages. “Our main objective is the proper execution of
our strategy to benefit the whole community through regular interventions at the levels of child development and youth empowerment with extra emphasis on the girl child, women and the differently abled,” adds Rajesh.

An authorised Training provider for Ministry of Skill Development, NSDC, PMKVY, MESC and THSC, AISE’s Continuous Personal Development Programme(CPD) and training programs are aligned with the Skill India initiative and the Indian Government’s vision for skill development. Its courses are customised to local conditions and incorporate its in-depth knowledge of the business environment. Besides vocational skills, the institute also provides soft skills & attitude changes, industry-oriented training with a job role specific curriculum and career guidance, which equip every student to play a role in India’s evolving, growing economy.

The students’ journey to a fulfilling career begins with an assessment of aptitude & skill levels, followed by enrolment in employment-oriented training course, where they are trained with sector skill council approved curriculum by instructors with practical knowledge. Once its students attain the government certification for job roles defined by industry & sector skill councils, they are placed in a secure job with better career growth prospects.
