Naresh Agarwal and his colleagues while travelling to office used to discuss on certain ideas right from tailoring stores to technology. But some or the other their ideas were junked due to lack of feasibility. But one fine day a strange idea struck their mind. It was when one of the core members was going for a long term onsite project but was stumbled upon the problem of how to manage his dream home in absence. Noticing the doubts arising, Naresh and his friends performed a quick diligence based on the data collected from a small market research. Finding out that the results obtained were not so professional and led to the problems like lower rental yields, property lying vacant for months, poor maintenance &others encouraged Naresh to step into the property management arena & give the customers a peace of mind. Thus, SafeKeys was incepted.

Being focused on the necessary Govt. regulations on tax assessment & payment, we make sure that they are paid on time and the same time we also take care of the tenant's comfort & convenience.”

With a team of 15 people and operation & technology partners, SafeKeys has been able to achieve a healthy growth rate of 25 percent on a quarterly basis. Having its core customer segments as NRI’s & customers living in cities other than the location of their property, the key stakeholders of it includes the tenants, owners, employees & vendors. Currently, serving in Hyderabad & Secunderabad, it also has customers from US, Australia, UK & more. “We have recently launched our services in Vishakhapatnam and will be soon expanding to other cities. Recently, we have started our discussion on funding requirements and through it, we want to bring in the rich network & mentoring skills and enable technology in the near future,” concludes Naresh.
