Bharat S. Yamsanwar, Principal Architect (B.Arch, PG Dip, TCP, TTP, FIIA, FIITP), is a seasoned architect and urban planner with four decades of experience. His work spans master planning, new town development, site planning, and landscape architecture across diverse urban and suburban environments.
Parish Kapse, Co-Founder, Partner, and Director of Sustainable Designs & Architecture (B.Arch, GDPM), brings two decades of experience integrating ecological parameters into architectural systems. His expertise lies in smart building strategies, energy modelling, and the Nexus Concept, all contributing to sustainable and policy aligned design. He is also a member of CoreNet Global and GRI.
Aditya Yamsanvar, Partner and Director of Experiential & Wellness Designs, adds a future-facing perspective with over 16 years of experience in developing integrated, technology-enabled workplaces. His designs converge organizational strategy, spatial innovation, and user wellbeing, creating interdisciplinary environments that foster creativity, performance, and wellness. He, too, is affiliated with CoreNet Global and GRI.
