Set across 13.5 acres in Kaggalipura, one of South Bangalore’s most promising residential corridors, this BMRDA-approved project was thoughtfully planned for both present comfort and future growth.

Could you please share the journey and history behind SLV Housing Development Corporation?

35+ years ago, I founded SLV Housing Development Corporation with a single and sincere vision, i.e., to make approved, high-quality residential plots accessible and affordable to families in South Bengaluru. What began as a modest venture with just a few plots has grown into a trusted name in real estate, known for integrity, transparency, and customer-first values.

In those early days, I personally oversaw every site, every layout, and every interaction with our customers. For me, this was never just about land development, it was about earning trust, fulfilling dreams, and building communities that could thrive for generations.

As the years passed, SLV Housing steadily expanded. Today, we’ve developed over 10 million sq. ft. of land, delivered 20+ landmark projects, and earned the goodwill of thousands of families, many of whom refer us across generations. What truly humbles me is that our clients see us not just as developers, but as partners in their journey toward a better life.
