Owing to his success in the real estate sector so far, Joe was driven by the desire to contribute towards the development of the real estate industry in India. When EXP REALTY forayed into India in 2021, he went ahead with opening his own real estate firm in India with Dr Sadaf Khan as his cofounder due to the profound real estate industry experience that she possessed. Holding a PhD in HR Management and an MBA Gold Medalist, Dr. Sadaf is a client-centric business professional with a vast experience in successfully handling various intricacies involved in the real estate sector. Apart from this, she is also an entrepreneur, life coach, and a writer.
